I am not overweight but have excess belly fat I can’t seem to lose. I’m 55 and postmenopausal. Would this be helpful?

Yes, this will definitely be helpful for you. The Midlife Macro Method is specifically designed for women in perimenopause and postmenopause who are struggling with hormonal belly fat, even if they’re not technically “overweight.” You don’t need to be trying to lose a large amount of weight to benefit—this is about recalibrating your macros to support hormone shifts, reduce inflammation, and preserve lean muscle, which naturally declines after menopause. You’ll also get sample meal ideas and support for adjusting things to your specific needs.

I have Hashimoto’s. Would this method be okay with that?

Yes, absolutely. I have hypothyroid myself, and I created this method using a real food, anti-inflammatory foundation that supports thyroid health. While this isn’t a healing protocol for the thyroid itself (that’s a different layer of work), the method is gentle and nourishing enough to support Hashimoto’s and midlife metabolism without over-restricting.
